Kisenso skirts are costumes worn by dancers during traditional Baganda ceremonies in Uganda (as seen in The African Decor Edit”). They are designed to imitate the dazzling feathered tail of an ostrich. This light fixture translates that symbolism and movement into a fine art light fixture. Best suited for tall ceilings, and/or above a dining table or bed.

Raffia can be trimmed to your desired length with regular scissors.
IMPORTANT: The hardwired option involves electrical wiring. Pendant option fixes to the ceiling with screws (provided) and works when plugged into a standard outlet.
